Many self-help, medical, fitness, well-being and other “experts or gurus” discuss and use breathing techniques but rarely is the breath itself investigated even though nothing is more vital than this breath. Without it we don’t exist. With it we have endless possibilities. Despite this, we may rarely think of it, so let’s start a new habit. This site is dedicated to the breath so let’s get into it.
