When it comes to this breath, we don’t want to talk about it. We can talk about politics, the weather, traffic jams, pollution, wars, poverty — that’s not a problem.
Talk about this breath? Big problem!
Nobody knows what to say. What do you say about a breath? We understand so little about it that there is nothing to say, yet without it there would be no wars, no traffic jams, no pollution, no nothing. There would not even be nothing. We have everything when it is there. We have nothing when it’s not.
I can talk about it for hours, day after day. In fact I have been talking about it since I was very young. Because it is the source of me. Within me is serenity, within me lies tranquillity, within me dances life. Life is what allows me to feel, to experience, to understand. This is what makes everything possible.
